Excellent family friendly apartment overlooking Parque Virrey. Amazing breakfasts and wonderful attention from everyone at the hotel. Kids really enjoyed the pool and yes you need to reserve it, but not a problem as it’s free most of the time. Would definitely return when with family.

My fligt got delayed for 1 day. I came the next day and check in to hotel. I also explain that my flight was delayed and if i can get a refund since i pay for insurance
But the mgr said no.
