The Space:

Cabo 403 is a one-bedroom condo in Alamar with open views across the bay and mountains, with the ocean visible in the distance. The bedroom features a king bed and a full bathroom with shower, while a second full bathroom provides additional space and convenience during the stay.



The open living area connects the lounge, dining space, and equipped kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals, spend time together, or relax after a day out. The living room includes a comfortable standard sofa that can also be used as an additional sleeping option for one guest. Please note that it is a regular sofa and does not pull out or convert into a bed.



Step outside to the private balcony for morning coffee, outdoor dining, or an evening meal prepared on the gas grill. From the balcony, enjoy views across the bay, mountains, and ocean in the distance.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire condo, including the king bedroom, two full bathrooms, living and dining areas, equipped kitchen, laundry area, and private balcony with gas grill.



Your stay also includes access to the shared Alamar Beach Club, open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.



Beach Club amenities include:

- Beachside relaxation areas

- Massage services for an additional fee



In addition to the Beach Club, guests also have access to the Jungle Pool, a shared pool located on the 2nd floor of the building. The Jungle Pool area features:

- Lounge chairs

- Open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM



Coolers are permitted at the Beach Club, but glass containers are not allowed.



Guests also have one reserved parking space marked #403 in the shared parking garage.



The Neighborhood:

Alamar offers a relaxed setting near La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, with convenient access to the town and the surrounding Banderas Bay area.

Guests can spend the day at Alamar Beach Club or head into La Cruz for restaurants, shops, and everyday essentials.

For quick groceries or supplies, there is a small convenience store, Los Bugalows, on the way to the Beach Club, as well as an Oxxo in La Cruz.

For a larger grocery run, Chedraui in Bucerías is a short drive away.

Cabo 403 works well as a home base for guests who want a quieter setting while still having convenient access to La Cruz, Bucerías, nearby beaches, and the surrounding coast.



Getting Around:

Having a car is convenient for exploring La Cruz, Bucerías, nearby beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores.

Cabo 403 includes one reserved parking space marked #403.

The parking area is located on the lower level below Cabo Tower and is accessed by a ramp.

Security will provide an Alamar parking pass during the stay. Please keep this pass in a safe place, as there is a $100 USD charge for a lost parking pass.

Taxis and local transportation can also be used for getting around the area.



Other Things to Note:

Cabo 403 can accommodate up to three registered guests.

The bedroom has one king bed. The living room sofa can be used as an additional sleeping option for one guest. It is a standard sofa and does not pull out or convert into a bed.

The ocean is visible from the property as part of the wider bay and mountain scenery, but guests should note that this is a partial and distant ocean view rather than a direct beachfront view.

Only registered guests are permitted inside the property and Alamar facilities.

Alamar Beach Club is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Coolers are allowed at the Beach Club, but glass containers are not permitted.

Massage services are available at the Beach Club for an additional fee. Current information indicates a rate of approximately $40 USD for a 60-minute massage. Pricing and availability may change.

Trash containers are located in the parking garage. Recycling is also available.

The condo includes one reserved parking space only, marked #403.

Please keep the Alamar parking pass safe throughout your stay. A lost parking pass carries a $100 USD replacement charge.
