In the Le Bois du Manège estate, just steps from the Débarquement beach in La Croix Valmer, this charming villa is nestled in nature and boasts a beautiful park with a magnificent panoramic view of the sea and the Îles d'Or (Golden Islands) in the background.  
  
It comprises a large living room opening onto a lovely terrace shaded by umbrella pines, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (one with a queen bed, one with a double bed, and one with two single beds), a shower room with toilet, and a separate toilet.  
The swimming pool, surrounded by sunbathing areas, is just a few steps below.
