Une grande piscine en forme de haricot sécurisée par des barrières. De la terrasse on peut profiter d'une vue dégagée sur la mer et sur le vallon végétal de la Croix Valmer. Proche des plages et du village authentique de la Croix Valmer ( 10/15 mn à pied) et de la magnifique plage du débarquement. Confort assuré avec 2 terrasses ombragées dont une tonnelle végétale. Extérieur avec parking pouvant accueillir 2 véhicules. La maison est située dans un quartier calme au fond d'une l'impasse . Le jardin de 500 m2 est clos et possède des plantes fleuries et cactus de la région. La maison possède un barbecue en brique et se cheminée typique. L'accent à été mis sur la literie très confortable mais aussi sur la décoration et le confort intérieur et extérieur. Les deux canapés permettent d'avoir un bel espace de détente, le coin TV est spacieux, la télévision est grande et possède une barre de sons intégrée. La fibre est disponible avec le réseau orange. La maison possède un coin bureau pour un ordinateur. La grande pièce salon possède une grande table pour 10 personnes avec chaises. La maison est située plein sud. Toute les fenêtres sont en triple vitrage et neuves. Les fermetures sont toutes anti-effractions. Il y a deux coins de repas à l'extérieur possédant tous les deux tables et chaises en grands nombres ce qui permet de manger à l'ombre à midi et le soir sans rien déplacer. La vue est dégagée et en plus de voir la mer, on surplombe un bouquet végétal dont une vue exceptionnelle sur le vallon et le littoral. Le quartier est sécurisant et entretenu . Il y a un hypermarché à 5 mn en voiture de la maison. Le centre est accessible à pied (15 mn), vélo (10 mn). Le village est authentique et possède de bons commerces (poissonnerie, épicerie fine, fruits et légumes). Magasin de location de vélo électrique, cafés, restaurants, commerce de proximité. De nombreuses ballades sont au départ du village que ce soit en hauteur avec des ballades panoramiques sur les collines ou en bord de mer. Possibilité d'aller dans les villages voisins à pied par le bord de plage (sentier du littoral et sentier des Douaniers). Les Domaine de La Croix et Château de Chausse vous permettrons de déguster des vins de Provence dans des domaines viticoles typiques. Le marché provençal de la Croix Valmer est apprécié le dimanche matin pour ses produits locaux. Le sentier marin de Jovat vous fera découvrir la vie sous marine. Un club de voile sur la plage du débarquement vous permettra de louer des paddles mais aussi de participer à des stages de voile sur inscription préalable. But this time everything was just perfect. A superclean and exquisit interior (with a huge screen...;) and an astonishing view. 5 minutes to the next supermarket or bakery. Little, little minus is the internet connection in the first floor and the little difficult entrance for bigger cars. Celine who ist in charge was always on time and is just reliable. The villa has recently been refurbished and furnished to a very high standard. There is aircon in 3 of the 4 bedrooms which works well and kept the entire villa cool despite 40 being degrees outside! The pool is big, refreshing and has plenty of loungers. Gigaro beach is an easy 8 minute drive and there is a fantastic new supermarket which is a short drive away. There are some quirks: no aircon in one of the bedrooms, 3 downstairs bedrooms sharing one bathroom, and a tiny second toilet downstairs. There is plenty of fridge space but no deep freeze, which might seem like an issue but we found that a bag of ice in the bottom drawer of the fridge stayed frozen for 3 days. The "oven" is also not conventional - small and sits on the table top. It works well, but you will struggle to cook a roast dinner for 8\. Perfect for cooking/heating a lasagne. There is also a road just below the villa and while not too busy there is quite a lot of noise when cars / motorbikes go by. With the aircon / new windows you do not hear the noise when in the villa but you do when sitting on the deck or by the pool. The views from the deck are amazing! The quirks did not detract from the holiday for us and we had a super relaxing stay. We will definitely look to go back ##### Tim D. Belle terrasse là aussi joliment meublée avec un peu d’ombre sous la pergola, le grand palmier est malheureusement mort……à noter toutefois la présence d’une petite route en contrebas , quasi invisible mais parfois assez bruyante. La Literie de très haut confort et La piscine sécurisé. La vue Mer est incroyable depuis la terrasse, comme depuis l’intérieur, il y a des arbres tout autour et une vue plongeante sur la végétation. Tout est à proximité, le massif des Maures, ou l’on part très rapidement depuis la maison, Rando, VTT. Le village aussi est à deux pas avec de chouettes commerces. Les plages de Pampelonne et Saint-Tropez font de superbes sorties. Très agréable séjour dans la villa Terre d’Azur… Nous recommandons. ##### frederic M.
