The 164 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 10 people. A desalting shower is also available in the basement.

    There is a desalination shower in the basement. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, satellite TV, a DVD Player, 2 fans, an American fridge and a Nespresso coffee machine as well as a washing machine. On top of that, a table tennis table is also provided for your enjoyment. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
