Chalet la clusaz

  • We are offering a summer/winter seasonal rental of our family chalet.

    The chalet is ideally located 3 minutes by car/ski bus from the slopes of the Massif de Balme and 5-10 minutes by car or ski bus from the centre of the village of La Clusaz (bus stop 10 metres away).

    The chalet is spacious with a large balcony ideally sunny with a view of the Aravis massif. 4 spacious double bedrooms (3 with 160 beds and 1 with a 140 bed), 1 children's bedroom with 3 single beds, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 1 separate kitchen with dining area, 1 large space with fireplace, living and dining room, 1 relaxation/game area with a French billiards, 1 large ski room. 4 parking spaces (outdoor).

    Equipment: Television, Raclette and fondue sets. Minimum rental 7 days. Weekly rental: Arrival and departure on Saturdays.

    Included in the price: end-of-stay cleaning, linen/sheets and wood for the fireplace.
