We arrived at this hotel. It was in the middle of a loud area. You had to walk up 2 gigantic flights of stairs to get to the top. It was very hot. I couldn't wait to get to the room to turn the air conditioning on. And it did not exist. I cannot believe a hotel in a hot area like that would not have air conditioning. Then the lady who was very nice. Tried to get us other rooms that might have been a little cooler on lower floors, but they were dirty, wasn't her fault. It was just the property I would never stay here. I didn't stay here. I paid for the 2 nights, didn't even go. went to stay with family instead. I believe I should be refunded my money for those 2 nights.But i'm not going to make a big issue.
