This cosy, warm, and bright space comprises, upstairs, a beautiful living area with a wooden kitchen, fitted and equipped with brand-name appliances and a one-piece ceramic worktop, a sleeping area with a double bed (160cm) with wardrobe and bedside tables, a shower room with walk-in shower, and a separate WC with washbasin. The bathroom fixtures, fittings, and faucets are vintage in style. To enjoy the outdoors: a very large, unfenced, 1400 m² communal garden, landscaped with flowers and a rockery, a 30 m² patio under the accommodation with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a charcoal barbecue. A shared outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after the beach. Shared parking is available on the property. The accommodation is accessed via an external staircase equipped with stainless steel handrails and safety features. A shared, private path allows you to quickly reach the town centre and its shops in 3 minutes on foot, and the beaches are 400 metres away. CLEANING: Cleaning is included in the price of your accommodation. BED LINEN & TOWELS: You should bring your own bed linen: sheets, fitted sheet, duvet cover, and pillowcase. 160x200 cm bed - 50x50 cm pillows.
