Cozy home in La Begude-De-Mazenc

  • This former farmhouse from the 18th century is set in extensive grounds with a private wooded area. After a complete renovation, this true oasis of peace is now perfect for a relaxing holiday. From this location on a mountain pasture, you can enjoy a marvellous view of the surrounding nature with its old oak woods, pine forests and lavender fields. Outside, you can make yourself comfortable by the private pool and in the garden furniture in the shade of a large tree. Volleyball (ball and basket) and outdoor games for children. The village of Bégude-de-Mazenc is famous for its pottery.

Belle maison en pierre, bien située et piscine top. Malheureusement état de propreté très limite , mal équipée, literie en partie très vétuste, une chambre inutilisable car sans vraie fenêtre et surchauffe , informations manquantes pour l'entretien de la maison, donc ne vaut pas ce prix.

Maison simple et en partie charmante

Maison avec un bon potentiel. Une partie de la maison est rénovée , l’autre très ancienne et peu accueillante. La propreté est acceptable en surface mais pas exemplaire. La maison a besoin de plus maintenance de fond globalement. L’environnement est néanmoins agréable, dans la nature et au calme. En résumé : bien mais un peu cher vs prestation. Peux mieux faire !

Une maison à remettre en état et à nettoyer de fond en comble

Alors que la localisation et les extérieurs avec la piscine sont agréables, la maison, elle, est extrêmement sombre et nécessite un nettoyage en profondeur ( toiles d'araignée partout, cuvettes des wc noires, congélateur sale, vaisselle mal lavée, douche bouchée, matelas avec alaise très sale...) et une remise en état complète (prises défectueuses, point lumineux dans les escaliers sans va et vient, un matelas trop vieux extrêmement mou, lunette des wc cassée... Le lave-vaisselle comme le frigo fonctionnent mal. L'agencement de la maison avec un mobilier vieillot et abîmé rappelle un vide-grenier plus qu'une maison de vacances. De plus, une chambre dotée d'un seul petit velux sans store et difficilement accessible n'est pas utilisable. Les ronces sur la façade ne sont pas taillées et empêchent d'ouvrir les volets entièrement. Nos réclamations à la gestionnaire par téléphone n'ont abouti à aucune proposition de solutions, notamment pour déboucher la douche. Nous avons dû passer deux heures pour enlever un maximum de toiles d'araignée. En conclusion, des conditions innaceptables !

Super séjour au calme!!!

Nous avons passé une super semaine(3 familles avec 5 enfants de 2 a 4 ans). La maison était super propre et la personne qui nous a accueilli était très aimable. Rien a redire si ce n'est le prix (un petit peu élevé a notre goût) Bonne adresse et surtout aucun voisinage, idéal pour laisser les enfants crier et s'amuser sans contrainte.

Les photos et caractéristiques ne correspondent pas à l'annonce, passez votre chemin !

L'annonce affichée ne correspond pas à la prestation proposée ! Seul les chemin d'accès à la maison et la piscine étaient entretenus. Le reste de la parcelle était en friche, le terrain de volley (seul un poteau du filet est toujours en place) et de pétanque étaient complètement inaccessibles. les jeux pour enfants introuvables. Les abords de la piscines, entourée d'herbes d'environ 1 mètre de hauteur sont plus accueillant pour les insectes que les vacanciers. Une cuisine équipée au strict minimum pour 10 personnes, une seule petite lampe extérieure : oubliez les diners dans le jardin en soirée. Seuls points positifs : l'accueil chaleureux de la personne gérant les réservations et l'état de propreté impeccable de la maison.
