Venez profiter d'un appartement de 90 m2 situé en plein cœur de la Baule à proximité immédiate de l'Avenue du général de gaule.  
  
Vous apprécierez sa localisation idéale "tout à pieds" ! Situé au 1er étage, il est composé de 3 chambres, d'une salle d'eau, une salle de bain, un grand séjour salon très lumineux avec une cuisine ouverte. L'appartement possède 1 terrasse exposée sud et une place de stationnement dans la cour. Ce logement familial est proche de tous les sites et commodités.  
Situé avenue des Platanes, à proximité des plages et des commodités, ce grand appartement vous accueille dans un cadre confortable et fonctionnel. Il dispose de trois chambres (2 lits 160x200, 1 lit 140x190), d’une salle de bain, d’une salle d’eau, et de deux WC.  
La pièce de vie, généreuse et baignée de lumière, s’ouvre sur une terrasse exposée sud. La cuisine ouverte est entièrement équipée : four, micro-ondes, plaques, hotte, réfrigérateur-congélateur, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, Nespresso, bouilloire, grille-pain, table et fer à repasser.  
La table intérieure accueille jusqu’à 10 convives, celle de la terrasse jusqu’à 6 personnes. Une place de parking privative est disponible dans la cour de l’immeuble.
