  • Ideally located in the city centre of Ile Rousse, this quiet residence with lift adjoins the old town which will allow you to benefit from all the advantages of the city centre without suffering the disadvantages.
    The beach, the port, the Place Paoli and all the shops are very easily accessible on foot.
    Your vehicle will be parked in the closed car park of the residence.
    Two terraces, one with a sea view and another on the old town side.

    The accommodation:
    Very nice apartment, renovated, located on the second floor includes two bedrooms, a living room and dining room, a kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob...) a shower room, a separate toilet and a private parking.
    A gas plancha is also available on the terrace on the sea side.
    The air conditioning has been replaced this year.

L’île Rousse est vraiment un petit paradis. Eaux claires et limpides, plages de sables clairs. Vieille ville très agréable et chargée d’histoire. L’appartement d’Evelyne et « Doumé » est très agréable avec ses 2 terrasses et offre tout le confort pour 2 couples.
