Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned flat with a swimming pool and sea views in the town of L’Île-Rousse, situated approximately 50 metres from the beach. It measures 38 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room. Wi-Fi included, bed linen and towels provided, new bedding – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 15 m² living area with a new double sofa bed, dining area, TV…
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A shower room
- Separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
- A shared, unfenced, unheated swimming pool (4×12 m), open from 1 May to 30 September.
- A 5 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days

The flat is ideally situated in L’Île-Rousse, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

L’Île-Rousse, nicknamed the ‘Saint-Tropez of Corsica’, has something for everyone: sun-seekers will love Corsica’s warmest microclimate! Come and discover its heritage, its beach and its stunning landscapes.
- The Promenade de la Marinella, which runs along the coast to the fabulous Place Paoli.
- Horse riding club for trips to La Pietra
- Jet ski hire
- Tourist train

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private car park.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest railway station: L’Île-Rousse, 2 km away (4 mins by car, 18 mins on foot)
- Nearest airport: Calvi, 24 km away (28 mins by car)

- Parents are responsible for supervising children whilst swimming. The swimming pool opening dates are not binding and are subject to change

- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply
