Vacay Villa Montemar 'An excellent townhouse, well-equipped, with a terrace, barbecue, WIFI, communal pool, tennis court, and a children's play area.' This beautiful holiday home is located in the area of ​​Riells in l'Escala, just 12 minutes walk from the Riells beach which is the main beach of fine sand, with a diversity of restaurants and bars and the start of the magnificent promenade thats arrives till the old town of l'Escala. Maximum capacity: 6 people.Distribution: It is a spacious house with fabulous views from the main terrace to the leisure area, swimming pool, tennis and the playground for children. From the terrace itself you access the leisure area. Main floor: It is the day area: It has a large and well equipped terrace with barbecue and terrace furniture, facing North.Access from the terrace to the living-dining room with national and international TV channels, air conditioning in the living room. Open kitchen, newly renovated, and well equipped (utensils, coffee maker, dishwasher, ..) in the same space there is a table and chairs. Bathroom (bath, toilet, sink), and a storage room where the washing machine is located and gives access to the back of the house from where you can park 1 car.
