The Mongtó Park Residenceoffers a range of exceptional amenities for you to fully enjoy your stay: a communal pool, a garden areaperfect for relaxing, and a free tennis court for sports lovers.

The location is simply unbeatable: just 100m walking distance from Cala Montgó beach, a beach with a magical essence, surrounded by a unique landscape. Additionally, you can explore nearby hiking trailsor head to Illa Mateua, where we recommend a visit to admire the views, take a swim, and, if you wish, try scuba diving.

The apartment, with south orientation, guarantees sun all day long—ideal for enjoying outdoor moments!

Maximum Capacity: 4 adults + 1 or 2 children

Apartment Layout:

Terrace: Furnished with a table and chairs, and a canopy to protect you from the sun.
Living-dining room: A cozy space with a sofa that converts into a bed for 2 people, perfect for relaxing after a sunny day.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals.
Bathroom: With a modern and functional shower.
2 Bedrooms: One with a 150 cm bed and the other with 2 beds of 90 cm. Both bedrooms have wardrobes, offering comfort and space for everyone.

A practical, comfortable, and modern apartment, perfect for enjoying a family holiday or a getaway with friends. You won't be able to resist this unique experience by the sea!

Additional Information:

Communal swimming pool:available from June to October (except during occasional maintenance or improvement periods as required by the facility). Usage hours are approximately from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm. Please respect the schedule and the rules posted at the premises.

Pets: 1 small pet allowed with prior notice to the agency. A supplement may apply.
Electric Car: Charging of electric cars is NOT permitted in the accommodation. However, there are specific charging points available in L'Escalafor your convenience.

100 Meter zum Strand, großer Balkon mit Markise und Sicht auf den schönen Wald. Ventilatoren im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer. Trotz Hochsaison relativ ruhig weil nicht direkt am Strand. Pool mit Schattenplätzen und Tennisplatz kostenlos. Die Anlage ist in gepflegtem und sauberem Zustand. Wir hatten den Schlüssel im Zimmer liegen lassen und trotz geschlossenem Office wurde uns schnell geholfen. Neues grosses TV mit HDMI-Anschluss wo man einen PC anschließen kann. Parkplatz kostenlos gegenüber Apartment hat genug Kapazität. Vielen Dank, wir kommen wieder. Familie Werner
