It is located 5 minutes (350 m) to the beach of Empúries. And 2.4 km to the supermarket. The Montgrí Natural Park is 5 km away and the historic center of L’Escala is 2.8 km away. The accommodation is distributed over 2 floors, has a garden and an outdoor dining area with a built-in barbecue. The living room has air conditioning, TV, WiFi, and a 110 cm sofa bed. The kitchen is separate, fully equipped with appliances and utensils, has a american filter coffee maker, dishwasher, and oven. This accommodation has 2 bedrooms: a bedroom with double bed, and a bedroom with three single beds (90cm). All beds offer linens, duvets or blankets and pillows. There are 2 bathrooms with shower. This accommodation features two hot/cold air conditioning units, a washing machine, iron and ironing board, a clothes drying rack with clothespins, private parking for two cars, and pets are allowed (additional fee applies).
