Not a Nixe vacation Home

To start with the really bad. One of the three bathrooms wasn’t cleaned. The trash from the people before us was still there ans the Toilette was dirty. The beds were old and not comfortable at all. The one bed made so much noise that everyone would wake up and the mattresses in the other were so old, you would sink in them. The other bathroom on the second floor was moldy. The Pool was really nice ans the view ans the Location. Everything else was old and simply not enjoyable. And just a note. It isn’t made for old people or families with babies, because of the stairs. And before I Forget none of the appliances worked.

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans cette belle maison. Belle vue sur la petite plage de L’Escala, jolie maison spacieuse, confortable et bien équipée pour 8 à 10 personnes. Contact facile et sans problème avec les propriétaires et la gardienne. Seul bémol: les lits ne sont pas faits à l’arrivée, et aucun équipement de base n‘est mis à disposition (un minimum serait le papier hygiénique)

Par ou commencer, à notre arrivée la maison n'était pas prête les femme de ménage étaient toujours à l'intérieur, nous devions avoir les clef à 17h,à 18 h toujours rien nous avons rappeler la concierge (Nous attendions dehors sous une chaleur insoutenable avec mes petits enfants 1 ans et 4 ans) qui as appeler les femmes de ménage et nous ont fait entrer elle n'ont pas tout fini le ménage. Poussière sur les lits, les plaintes, les bouches de ventilations ,les terrasses. De plus la climatisation en panne par une chaleur pareil c'est inadmissible, pas de parasol tous cassés,la concierge est arrivé ,elle ne nous a même pas fait visiter la maison ,nous avons du découvrir nous même les différentes pièces ,vous payer une prestations a plus de 3000euros la semaine cela ne les vaut absolument pas Plusieurs fenêtres de chambres étaient cassées donc impossibles à ouvrir ,plus sans clim je vous laisse imaginer, aucun état des lieux n'a été fait; Vous êtes au bord de la piscine un matin ,et là un homme vient sans qu'o vous prévienne nettoyer la piscine ,merci le respect de la personne !!! Pareil un matin au bout de 3 jours une personne vient pour réparer la clim toujours sans être prévenu, vous rentrer de balade et la plus d'eau ,il avait couper l'eau Et j'en passe...

Prachtige villa met super zwembad

Mooie volledige uitgeruste villa in een mooie locatie, super zwembad. Heel fijne communicatie met de eigenaars. Alles dicht bij de hand. Toeristisch treintje is eveneens ideaal om naar Riells te gaan.

Mooi en gunstig gelegen huis

Mooi huis ,ruim , zeker de buitenruimte . Goed uitgeruste keuken . Prachtig uitzicht over de baai van Montgo . Heerlijk zwembad , groot genoeg om te spelen of om baantjes te trekken ! Vlakbij het strand dat ideaal is voor kinderen . Verhuur van waterfietsen en kayaks . Vlakbij een supermarkt en restaurants . Het toeristentreintje naar het centrum van L ‘ Escala stopt vlakbij . We waren met 6 volwassenen en 3 kinderen ( 7 , 8 en 10 ) en we hebben er allemaal heel erg van genoten !

Nette compleet verzorgde vakantiewoning waarvan de eigenaar zich inspant om deze nog verder te renoveren. Mooie locatie aan de baai van Montgo dicht bij het strand en eetgelegenheden.

Villa en bord de mer avec vue fantastique

L'endroit est idéale pour des vacances en famille(grands-parents, enfants et petits-enfants). La maison avec vue sur la baie est un vrai plaisir. Ceci étant dit nous avons eu quelques désagréments dus à l'installation électrique de la maison et à l'absence totale pendant deux jours d'images télévisuelles. Toutefois, la concierge a toujours été réactive à nos demandes et fait intervenir rapidement des réparateurs. Malgré ces déconvenues, notre séjour fut agréable. Location à recommander si les réparations électriques sont réalisées!!..

Hem passa't uns dies fantàstics amb la família. La casa gran i amb espai per a tots, tres lavabos i cinc habitacions on hem pogut estar tots molt còmodes. El millor les vistes a Cala Montgó i la piscina, que és més gran del que sembla a les fotos. Tot molt bé. Se'ns va espatllar el forn i el Marc ens en va portar un altre de nou. Gràcies per tot Marc! Tornarem sens dubte.

Villa superbe pour grande famille !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. La maison est très bien située pour se rendre à pied à la plage et aux commerces. Pas de difficultés à se garer. Nous étions 2 familles avec des enfants et ado et nous avons apprécié les 5 chambres toutes climatisées. La vue de la maison est tout simplement magique.

Familienurlaub

Es war alles positiv, auser das man nicht in Empfang genommen wurde. Somit haben wir erst nach einer Woche erfahren das man Strom zahlen muss, wenn Man mehr als 30 kWh am Tag verbraucht. Da werden auch nur die Nächte gezählt nicht die Tage. D. h wir haben 50€ von der Kaution nicht zurück erhalten. Bei 9 Personen und so gut wie gar nicht haben wir die Klimaanlage benutzt. Verabschiedet wurden wir auch nicht. ( Da man den Zähler nicht sehen kann, weis man auch nicht was stimmt).

Wir (2 Familien mit jugendlichen Kindern) haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Bucht mit Sandstrand ist klasse. Die schöne Villa mit großem Pool liegt nur 1 Minute vom Strand weg und alle anderen Einrichtungen wie Supermarkt, Bäcker usw. sind fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten vorort einen Ansprechpartner der jederzeit erreichbar war. Kleinere Mängel gab es lediglich beim Mobiliar. Villa ist zu empfehlen!

Das Haus hat auf uns direkt einen tollen Eindruck gemacht Mit 8 Personen kann man sich gut auch aus dem Weg gehen und aus verschiedenen Ecken das Panorama genießen. Küche perfekt ausgestattet. Jolie maison à l agencement original. La vue est magnifique depuis presque toutes les pièces. Nous étions 9 et la météo ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la piscine et de l extérieur. Certes il y a possibilité de dormir à 12, mais l espace vie intérieur est un peu juste. Sinon tout est parfait.

"Maison avec une vue magnifique et parfaitement équipée. La cuisine et le sol ont été entièrement refaits à neuf. A deux pas de la plage. Location idéale pour deux familles.Environnemnt calme et pourtant à proximité de tout: supermarché, restaurant, commerce. Seul petit bémol pour les familles avec des enfants en bas âge: la piscine n''est pas complètement sécurisée. Mais c''est réellement le seul reproche que l''on pourrait faire à cette location. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir!"
