This apartment for 4 people is rented in L’Escala. It is 3 minutes (250 m) walking to the beach of Les Barques, restaurants and shops.

The Montgrí Natural Park is 2.5 km away and the historic center of L'Escala 250 m.

The accommodation is distributed on one floor, has a private balcony and community garden and pool.

The living-dining room has TV, community WiFi, stereo and DVD.

The kitchen is open to the living room, fully equipped with appliances and utensils, it has a Nespresso coffee machine and an American coffee machine (with filters) and a dishwasher.

This accommodation has two bedrooms: a bedroom with a double bed (150 cm), and a bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm). All beds offer linen, duvets or blankets and pillows.

There is one bathroom with a bathtub.

This accommodation has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, clothesline with clothespins, and garage for one car.

High vans do not enter the parking lot.



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (between € 200 and € 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
