Ground floor apartment with community pool in l'Escala, located in a quiet area near the forest and the beach where you can spend ideal family vacations.   
  
The apartment is on the ground floor and has an independent entrance. Outside, a spacious terrace equipped with furniture and an awning to enjoy meals and dinners outdoors.   
  
The apartment is located in a neighborhood community equipped with a large pool with a children's area and a completely fenced enclosure, which makes it ideal and completely safe. Additionally, it also has a children's park and a community tennis court. The community area is a few meters walking from the apartment, so they can enjoy it whenever they want and at the same time be private and calm in their apartment on other occasions.   
  
The apartment kitchen is fully equipped and communicates with the living-dining room, from which we can access the outdoor terrace. The apartment has three double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower.
