House with a communal pool, 12 minutes from Riells Beach. Located in Léscala, next to the Roses Golf Course and the Roman ruins of Empúries.

Two-story house; the ground floor features a garage, kitchen, bathroom with shower, dining room, and living room. Access to the garden area with artificial turf and to the patio with a barbecue and lounge chairs. Kitchen equipped with a Nespresso coffee maker, oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, kettle, pots, and pans. Dining table with 6 chairs, plus outdoor table and chairs for 6 more people. Bicycles can be stored in the garage.

On the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub, bidet, and hair dryer. Two bedrooms have twin beds, and one bedroom has a double bed. All bedrooms have exterior windows and closets. There is air conditioning in the dining room and in the hallway leading to the bedrooms. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Next to the house is the community pool, which is accessed through a gate on the street. The pool measures 50 m².
