It’s only 12 minutes walk from the beach of Riells, and the promenade.The beach promenade of Riells offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, entertainment facilities for children, supermarkets, water activities, etc. The house has two large private terraces, in front and behind the house. It also has a communal pool, which is available ONLY from June until the end of September. The house is divided into two floors. It consists of two double rooms, and a room with bunk bed. Two bathrooms with showers, large living-dining room with exit to the front terrace, and american kitchen with exit to the rear terrace. The terrace is equipped with barbecue and garden furniture. The house has a garage and there is also possibility of park in the street for free. In the house can sleep a total of 6 people, in two double beds and bunk bed. here is also the possibility of joining the neighboring house to accommodate two familie. Pets are welcome and have a supplement. A maximum of 1 pet up to 10kg is allowed. Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure. Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning. Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). On the negative side some of the amenities in the house were not new. The shower curtain was too short, we had to clean floor every time after taking a shower. The fridge was not working properly when we arrived, but the host fixed it the same day. Many terraces in the house, but they were not clean, which was unpleasant.
