Upon our arrival, Oscar met us at the Costa Brava for Rent office, and carefully explained the contract terms in perfect English. I was then given a very helpful map of the area, and some suggestions were then made as to what was to be seen and done in huge area. Oscar then kindly drove with us to the condo, showed us around, and left. The property was as described, the air con worked well, cable tv supplied, a nice balcony was a pleasant place to have a drink in the evening. Kitchen was adequate, with all the tools supplied to self cater. Very very close to the beach, also convenient to local supermarkets and other amenities. Overall good Value for money, and pleasant service from the booking agent. Only minor quibble was the lack of internet access, which at this time of the year, was difficult to find in L'Escala, but as this was not an advertised feature, of course we were not expecting it, but it would have been helpful nonetheless.
