This completely renovated apartment offers an excellent location in L'Escala, just 50 meters from the beautiful "Cala de la Creu" beach and only 150 meters from the historic town center, where you can find numerous bars, restaurants, and shops. Situated in the Punta Romana building, known for its stunning views and peaceful garden area, the apartment also offers access to a pool with a trampoline, making it a perfect place for a relaxing holiday with easy access to local amenities. Located on the second floor, this 50 m² apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests. It features a double bedroom, a bedroom with a trundle bed, and a bathroom with a shower. The open-plan kitchen and living area provide all the necessary appliances and a spacious setting for dining and relaxing. The living room is equipped with air conditioning, while the bedrooms include fans to ensure a comfortable stay. Step out onto the terrace to enjoy your meals with a beautiful sea view or relax in the sun. The apartment is ideal for families or small groups seeking comfort, convenience, and proximity to the beach.
