Dus de privacy is gering. Bij stroomuitval in een deel van het appartement was de oorzaak onduidelijk, vooral door de aanwezigheid van 2 verschillende meterkasten. Bon équipement cuisine mais il serait bien de mettre un four pour réchauffer des pizzas! Equipement du salon vétuste notamment la TV. Emplacement à côté des garages, pas d'intimité au niveau de la terrasse. Plage de sable pas en accès direct, mais grand plage propre et tranquille.
