Simply charming

Es ist ein sehr hübsches, geschmackvolles Ferienhaus, die Lage ist sehr gut, neben einem kleinen Wäldchen. Man ist schnell in den Dünen und am Strand. Wenn man ein Rad hat, braucht man kaum das Auto, wir haben die Ferien sehr genossen.

Belle propriété contemporaine très proche du port et de la plage. La pièce de vie avec cuisine ouverte est spacieuse. La literie très confortable ! Le plus: "terrasse-cuisine" couverte avec barbecue. Quel que soit la météo, l ambiance vacance au bon air est assurée !!!!

Tolle Unterkunft, alles was das Herz begehrt, super nette Vermieter

Wir sind begeistert von dieser erstklassigen Unterkunft und können diese nur wärmstens empfehlen. Es ist einfach alles vorhanden und es mangelt wirklich an nichts. Sehr sauber, super ausgestattet für mindestens 6 Personen ist alles vorhanden. Top gepflegt, top sauber, top Vermieter die im Falle eines Problems sofort zu Stelle waren So hatten wir in der Nähe während eines starken Gewitters einen Blitzeinschlag, der sowohl den Router fürs Internet lahm gelegt hat, wie auch die Sicherung für das warme Wasser und die Heizung. Beides wurde innerhalb von 24 Stunden behoben, absolut vorbildlich! Wenn es überhaupt etwas zu bemängeln gibt, ist es der Umstand dass das Wetter so gut war, und so warm, dass ein Ventilator im Haus gut wäre, wir hatten glücklicherweise einen dabei, so dass es auch nachts bei über 25 Grad gut auszuhalten war. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder. Mercie Mdme Pineau :)

SEMAINE TRES AGREABLE

La maison est dans une impasse, au calme et a l'abri du vent. parking un peu etroit pour un vehicule . La reception television est a améliorer ou a modifier. Il serait souhaitable d'integrer dans le prix locatif, le cout du ménage obligatoire. Maison tres propre, bien equipée, spacieuse pour une famille de 6 personnes. Nous y avons passé une belle semaine. Merci aux proprietaires pour leur ecoute.

Neues Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben zwei tolle erholsame Wochen in diesem ganz neuen Haus in L'Epine verbracht. Es liegt etwas abseits der Hauptverkehrswege in einer Anliegerstraße. Zum nächsten schönen Strandabschnitt läuft man durch Wald und Dünen ca. 10 bis 15 Minuten. Der Garten und die Terrasse haben uns besonders gut gefallen. Nur weiterzuempfehlen!

Traumhaus

Es ist nicht zu fassen, das man ein solch schönes Haus mieten kann!! Architektonisch ein Kleinod, und eine Ausstattung, die nichts zu wünschen übrig lässt! Und das alles 200 m vom Strand... Vielen Dank für die freundliche Begrüßung und Verabschiedung durch das Ehepaar Pineau. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!

Située à l'écart de la route, dans la dune et tout près de la mer, la maison est très bien agencée, meublée et équipée. Le jardin est charmant. Le centre de l'Epine, à deux pas, est vivant avec son marché et ses restaurants. Nous y avons passé de très bon moments !
