It is one of the most picturesque and popular districts of the island, attracting visitors with its authentic maritime atmosphere and preserved natural setting. To discover it, nothing better than this pretty typical Noirmoutrine house with its blue shutters for your holidays. Here, you will feel at home, even better, because you will be just a few steps from the sea. Put down your suitcases, you are indeed on holiday! Able to accommodate up to 6 people (2 adults and 4 children), this house opens its doors to a living area where you will want to gather as a family after a day at the beach. You will find a dining area and a living room with a television, both with blue touches, reminding you of the marine air. The open kitchen, for its part, is fully equipped and will make you want to cook delicious little dishes. You will find induction hobs, a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker and an espresso machine, a toaster and a kettle. On the sleeping side, you will find on the ground floor a bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, like hideaways nestled under the roof, a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a double bed will delight the children (and only children-teenagers as the floor is rather low-ceilinged, around 1.50 to 1.60m). En revanche les chambres à l’étage sont très basses de plafond 1,50m max et l’équipement de la cuisine est très limitée et la propreté n’est pas idéale (vaisselle sale et toiles d’araignée). Également le service de location du prestataire Hoomy est à fuir: très mauvaise communication avant la location, une demande de prise de caution de 800 est faite pour valider la location mais n’a pas de lien avec le site Abritel et ressemble donc à priori à une arnaque jusqu’à ce que le prestataire appelle pour réclamer la caution sous 2h, on a connu mieux comme communication… puis prise de frais injustifiés à la sortie pour le ménage que j’avais pourtant fait et ce alors que le ménage a l’entrée était très partiel.Antoine ##### Antoine D.
