The staff was very helpful on numerous occasions. The breakfast was delicious and had a very large assortment of food. The room was fairly spacious. My biggest complaint is the train station that was super close was under construction so we couldn ’t use that station. This resulted in longer than expected walks to another station and just getting around town. We wound up using Uber more than expected. There is one 2 person elevator so if you are staying on an upper floor, be prepared to walk the winding staircase or wait for the elevator.

We were only staying in Paris for a night and if that is your plan then this hotel will be fine. Overall, the beds were comfortable (albeit slightly too soft for our liking) and we slept well. The triple room we were given was more like a double which they had squeezed a third bed into, so I would book two rooms if there is three of you. Apart from that, no other issues - central-ish location for Montmartre (about a 10/15 minute walk to main Montmartre), and very close to the Metro and Gare du Nord station so a good spot to visit other part of the city / region if you want to stay here for longer.
