This beautiful villa with private pool is for 8 people with 4 bedrooms. It is located in the residence of Las Tres Calas approximately 5.9 km from the town center of L'Ametlla de Mar and only 4 km from the beach.  
Areas and equipment: Living area of approximately 150 m². Total plot of approximately 900 m². Washing machine. Iron. Fan: in each room.  
  
Inside: Large living/dining room (with TV and exit to the pool terrace). Separate and equipped kitchen (with hotplates, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker). 2 double bedrooms (with a double bed and a fan in each). 2 double bedrooms (with 2 single beds and a fan in each). 1 bathroom (+ WC). 1 shower room (+ WC).  
Outside: Large private swimming pool of approximately 40 m² (with interior steps). Outdoor shower. Covered and uncovered terraces with built barbecue, deck chairs (minimum 4) and garden furniture. Parking for 2 to 3 cars.  
  
Approximate distances: Urbanization Las tres Calas. Cala Forn beach 4 km. Supermarket 2.2 km. Restaurants and bars 1 km away. Ametlla de Mar town center 5.9 km. Cambrils and Salou 25 and 30 minutes drive. “Port Aventura” amusement park 40 km away.
