Attractive villa with 4 bedrooms, set in a beautiful 1000 m² garden with its private swimming pool. Inside, you will have a comfortable layout and a fully equipped kitchen.  
  
Location and approximate distances: Urbanization Las Tres Calas. Sandy beach/cove of Sant Jordi, Cala Vidre, Cala Forn 3.5 km. Torrent del Pi gravel beach/cove 4.5 km. L'Ametlla de Mar town center 3.5 km. Golf 20 km, tennis 3.5 km. Cambrils and Salou 30 minutes drive. “Port Aventura” amusement park 40 km away.  
  
Inside (approximately 120 m²): Villa on 2 levels with interior staircase. Living/dining room with TV. American and equipped kitchen (with oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker) + washing machine. 3 bedrooms on the ground floor. 1 bedroom upstairs. Bed distribution: 3 double beds + 2 single beds. 2 bathrooms (shower + WC) including 1 adjoining one of the bedrooms.  
  
Outside: Mediterranean wooded land of approximately 1000 m². Private swimming pool 8 x 4 meters with Roman staircase + deckchairs. Furnished covered outdoor terrace, garden furniture, outdoor shower. Barbecue built. Parking on the property (2 cars).
