Saona Villas presents this beautiful holiday villa for 12 people with private swimming pool 1.8 km from the beach. The house has land with a private swimming pool, a summer kitchen, furnished terrace and barbecue, as well as indoor parking (4 vehicles).  
  
Attractive large-capacity villa divided into 2 independent parts communicating by an external staircase. It will be ideal for a large family or a group of friends. It benefits from a large private swimming pool with secure access and a pleasant covered terrace with summer kitchen. In total 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  
  
Approximate distances: Sea 2.9 km (sandy beach of Calaforn). Small bars and restaurants as well as the first shops 350 meters away. Eurospar supermarket 750 meters away. Ametlla de Mar town center 4.9 km away. Tennis 1.7 km away. Golf 20 km. Cambrils and Salou 25 and 30 minutes drive. “Port Aventura” amusement park 40 km away. Tarragona 55 km.
