An ideal villa for large families or groups of friends! This beautiful villa benefits from a spacious interior furnished in a functional and comfortable manner. The asset of this house is undeniably its beautiful outdoor space and its 2 beautiful covered terraces! The wooded grounds, largely with lawn, are enhanced by a beautiful private swimming pool. You can relax on one of the terraces and also enjoy the barbecue area... It is located in the Las Tres Calas urbanization, 4 km from the town center of Ametlla de Mar.

Approximate distances: 3.7 km from the sea. 4 km from Ametlla de Mar. Cambrils and Salou 25 and 30 minutes drive. “Port Aventura” amusement park 40 km away.
