Beautiful semi-detached villa on one side, less than 10 minutes from the sea by car, comfortably sleeping from a couple to 11 people (1 large bedroom ideal for 6 children or teenagers). 2 of the bedrooms have beds that can be joined or separated, offering maximum flexibility.
4 bedrooms including 1 master suite, 3 shower rooms on 2 levels, large modern kitchen with professional gas cooker, American fridge and all the comforts you could wish for.
8x4m swimming pool. SALT WATER (chemical-free salt water)
Covered outdoor barbecue on large paved terrace.
Spacious living-dining room, 55" widescreen satellite TV, comfortable sofas.
Ideal location, road speed limited to 30km/h, very quiet, 5-minute walk from a friendly restaurant with games area, live music and entertainment.
New EuroSpar supermarket < 10 minutes' walk away and shopping centres just a few minutes' drive away, many small shops in l'Ametlla de Mar.
A wide range of activities in the area, including diving, jet-skiing, excursions, a go-kart track, amusement park, sailing cruises, hiking in a national park listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, etc, etc.
