It is located on the second floor with an elevator and has a large 240m2 solarium with frontal views of the sea, outdoor table, chairs, awning and hammocks for sunbathing. It has a multitude of community spaces such as a swimming pool for adults and children, a paddle tennis and pickleball court, a basketball court, a children's playground and a small supermarket. The three bedrooms have a double bed, two single beds and a trundle bed for two guests. You will find two complete bathrooms with shower, equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioning in all rooms, heating, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, free parking and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. At the check in you will be asked for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation. We don't accept groups under 25 years.
