Casa RENAISSANCE is a modern Villa with private pool located in the urbanization Las Tres Calas in L' Ametlla de Mar.  
  
On the ground floor you will find an equipped American kitchen, a living room, a dining room, a bedroom with a bunk bed (double below and single above), a bathroom and a bedroom suite with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub.  
  
Upstairs there are two bedrooms with double bed and a bathroom.  
  
The villa has air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room, TV, terrace.  
  
For your holiday meals you will have at your disposal a plancha, ideal for cooking in a friendly way outside!  
  
You can park two cars in the front yard of the house.
