It has a garden with lawn and 8x4 swimming pool. It is located 300 m. from the sea, 500 m. from Calafat marina, and 600 m. from the beach called "L´Almadrava", which is more than 1 km. long and sandy. The house (not including terraces) is 100 m2 and has one double bedroom + a single bed, one bedroom with bunks which leads to another room with double bed, a bathroom with bath, a toilet, an open plan kitchen and a living room which opens on to a 20 m2 covered terrace with \[hidden\] house also has an outside shower. It has kitchen utensils, a dinner service, glasses, etc. There are gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwaves, coffee-maker and TV. This property welcomes families and groups of responsible adults but does not allow youth events or parties. DESCRIPTION OF THE AREA The Costa Dorada is the most famous coastlines in Catalonia with 37 blue flag beaches, known for their quality and excellent state of conservation.
