Welcome to our charming little house, ideally designed to accommodate up to 8 people. You will find everything you need for a great stay in this newly renovated and welcoming little house. <br><br>You will find the beaches of Aiguillon sur Mer, the Presqu'île and its seawater for young and old 5 minutes away. Its shops and its market.<br><br>Our cottage offers a warm and modern atmosphere.<br><br>The cottage is equipped with three bedrooms furnished with comfortable double beds, providing a haven for a good night's sleep. Each room has convenient storage for your belongings.<br><br>The first two bedrooms are equipped with a 160x200 bed and the third bedroom is equipped with a 140x190 mezzanine bed and a sofa bed. (Bed and shower linen NOT provided). Only duvets are provided. At your disposal also a travel cot and its mattress.<br><br>The house has a shower room with its vanity unit, storage space and heated towel rail.<br><br>You will also find for all your meals a fully equipped kitchen with its many facilities to spend excellent moments with friends or family.<br><br>But also a veranda with its dining area overlooking the outside for your feasts or your aperitifs, you will also find a high chair.<br><br>A garage with its billiards, board games and laundry area with its washing machine, freezer and dishwasher.<br><br>Outside, you will find a totally fenced garden, planted with trees and its SPA accessible throughout the year, a dining area and its stone barbecue and in the lean-to chairs with sunbathing function.<br><br>Possibility to rent bicycles within the house for your rides with family or friends (contact us), 4 adult bikes, 3 children's bikes and 1 toddler bike.<br><br>We accept your pets, of course with respect for the premises.<br><br>Our cottage is ideally located 5 minutes from the fine sandy beaches of L'Aiguillon la Presqu'île, its seawater closed for young and old, its outdoor activities, its shops and its market several times a week.
