9.4/10 Exceptional! (491 reviews)
Location was a bit far from Kyoto station for walking. Excellent taxi service, nearby restaurants and family mart across road.
A lower end hotel, facilities were good. A nice common room to eat with free coffee and tea.

We stayed on the imperial floor and had access to the lounge, gym and swimming pools, and we had breakfast included. Everything was absolutely wonderful. Staff were super nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. We’d certainly come back!
