The room was clean, basic but comfortable. The location was ideal: close to a direct route to Kyoto station, and adjacent to a shopping arcade with late night food and drinks. Our last night (of 3) was less pleasant, since other guests were very loud and did not follow the hotel's "quiet time". The bathroom and shower is shared, but both were very clean so no complaints there. Installer les futons et matelas ça d'accord mais dans les ryokan où je suis déjà allée les draps étaient déjà mis sur la couette (housse) et sur le matelas supérieur aussi. Toilettes au rdc donc si vous voulez y aller la nuit vous réveillez tout le monde car escalier en bois et cloisons très fines. De plus pour 160€ chambre sur la rue donc bruyant voitures et scooters.
