The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. They offered breakfast but we didn’t eat. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great place to stay but the bathroom exhaust vent didn’t seem to be working. Brought it up to the front desk and they sent someone but they stated that that’s the way it was. Showering would let the bathroom stuffy and damp smelling.

I paid for a King bed room and did not get a King bed room. I was charged an extra $26 to upgrade from the original queen room but was put in a queen room. I didnt have time to get the room changed because we were already running late for the wedding we were in town for. I didnt have time to sit on the phone with expedia either so we stayed in the queen room. When I called to upgrade the room i was told everyting was taken care of and I would be in the King room. Hopefully I can call and get this taken care. I just want the refund from the difference in room price. Other than that, the facilities were nice.

When we checked in the room key didn't work. The front desk person had to issue another card key, and then acccompanied me up to the room in case the the battery in the lock had to be replaced. Fortunately the new card key worked. The front desk person was very helpful, but it shouldn't have been necessary. At breakfast the attendant removed the decaf coffee carafe while there was still coffee in it, and did not bring out a refilled container. This is a problem for people who cannot drink caffeinated coffee. I received several email notices to set up keyless check-in using the Hilton Honors system. But i hadn't received the confirmation information that was necessary to do the set-up, possibly because I booked the room via Expedia. None of this was too bad, but it is much worse that I have come to expect from a Hilton property.

Best Hotel To Stay At in Kyle, Texas!
Best most cleanest hotel we have ever stayed at. Hotel is like new, well maintained, the breakfast was excellent. Clerk was very helpful getting me & my wife digital boarding passes since hotel printer was not working. We highly recommend this hotel.

Front desk personnel remembered me from a previous visit. One thing that I highly recommend is to make sure that you bring your own pillows because they use disposable pillows and they go flat immediately I stacked 4 on top of each other and still woke up with a crook in my neck and this happened both times

This is a great property and was well maintained. Front desk staff was very good. The only issue anyone could mention is the breakfast. Hampton has a reputation for a great breakfast. Not so much here

Maybe bring your own washcloths and an eye mask.
Comfortable and clean, though the staff were a bit abrasive. The room came with just two washcloths, which for 2 people and 4 nights was not enough unless we reused (yuck). Happy to reuse towels but not washcloths. I called to ask for 6 more and was asked why I needed “so many”. I sent my 13-year-old son down to get them and he got the same question from the same person. Wish I’d just brought my own. The room was well-appointed, though the window was odd as there were just sheers on one side and no way to block the bright lights from the signs and street lamps. I was very glad I had brought my eye mask, otherwise I would have found sleeping to be difficult.
