When we checked in the room key didn't work. The front desk person had to issue another card key, and then acccompanied me up to the room in case the the battery in the lock had to be replaced. Fortunately the new card key worked. The front desk person was very helpful, but it shouldn't have been necessary.
At breakfast the attendant removed the decaf coffee carafe while there was still coffee in it, and did not bring out a refilled container. This is a problem for people who cannot drink caffeinated coffee.
I received several email notices to set up keyless check-in using the Hilton Honors system. But i hadn't received the confirmation information that was necessary to do the set-up, possibly because I booked the room via Expedia.
None of this was too bad, but it is much worse that I have come to expect from a Hilton property.
