"Not sure how I can fully express how magical our stay was at this house! The house itself is a perfect balance of vintage and chic. It is absolutely gigantic and has plenty of space for people to hang out in large groups or sneak away for some peace and quiet. It was very snowy when we were up there (which added to the magic) but the host was amazing about checking on us and getting the driveway plowed when we needed it. The beds are very very comfortable, the kitchen supplies are abundant, the house was spotless and homey. Can not recommend enough. "

There was a minor issue with the heating system, and he was patient and helped me fix it quickly, never making me feel like I was pestering him. The space was perfect for my 3 night stay as a jumping off point for further excursions, as well as easy meals and explorations in town. The location couldn't be better. It was peaceful even though it's in the heart of town. I felt welcomed, comfortable, and the whole vacation was easy and breezy...just what I wanted and needed. I highly recommend David's cozy cottage and would love to stay again. "

"Great place to stay in the Catskills. Had my family with young children there for a wedding in October. Spacious house with outdoor seating/patio as well. Would be a nice place for warmer weather too. Felt safe and comfortable there. I’d go there again."
