Everything has been lovely as always. However, the reception doesn’t always have a staff member present. We waited nearly 15 minutes to get our luggage back from the storage cupboard.
There needs to be some sort of bell/alert system when staff member is needed.
I was also surprised to see that paperwork with guests names was left on the desk, fully visible to anyone waiting at the reception
This is the only negative comment I have about this beautiful hotel.

This hotel really surprised me! I wish every 4-star hotel had such great staff, amenities, and cleanliness. The breakfast was awesome with plenty of regional food choices. My room was small (a single room) but it had everything I needed and a very comfy bed. Highly recommend!

Although the staff was very friendly, not even the reception employees spoke English which made communication very difficult. The room was very spacious although there were spiderwebs around the ceiling and the deadlock did not work. The key card sleeve indicated that the restaurant was open until ...
