The staff was quite rude and with attitude. No free water is absolutely ridiculous for a 4 star hotel. No drinks with a dinner is very strange. Buffet style dinner was amazing, but the portions of the evening meals were like for children.

Great room and absolutely beautiful food we loved the spa room and the pool. The kids really enjoyed the cinema. The room was very clean and there was good game rooms and the view outside was to die for. The only bad thing was that you had to carry your skis around 350 meters before you could get to the skiing spot. Overall we had a blast and we recommend it as a place to have your ski holiday and relax. It is a lot of fun for both kids and parents 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice place to be, the park is great after a day full of attraction. Air condition did not work well, so it was hot in the room. Dinner is nice, I think it is better to go to a restaurant.
