"Enjoyed our third stay at Harmony House and once again, it did not disappoint. The home accommodated our group of 8 easily. The best memories were the morning sunrises looking out the front window while enjoying a morning cup of coffee. "Great stay for family of seven. Plenty of bathrooms. Close to all the action. We had a van, but the bus stop is super close and if you can brave the cold and the hill you could walk everywhere. Loved having plenty of bathrooms and plenty of seating for family to all sit together to eat or to relax in the lounge. Would definitely stay again. "

"It’s a Japanese style house by the sea. Well equipped with everything. Big living room where we can hangout together. Nice and comfortable futon. Lovely view. The only downside is that the car road to the house is quite steep and uneven. "

"For my first stay in Otaru, I wanted a place where I can feel the Japanese vibe in ny accommodation, and this place was perfect for that. It was expactly what I would expect if I would visit a friend's house in Japan. The dadami was interesting and once I enter the premise, I was immediately immersed in local Japanese vibe. "We had a missed pick up at the arrival. But the communication was smooth in English to help us resolve problem. The house is clean and big. Comprehensive kitchen utilities for cooking. They have heated room for ski equipments. Only drawback is lacking of bathing. It’s close to Niseko shuttle stop, and it’s the first stop so you’ll have best chance get on the bus. You won’t want to walk to gondola because it’s steep up. Many restaurants in walking distance as well. "

"We had a fantastic stay at The Chatrium in our 1 bed apartment. The staff were super helpful when needed and the shuttle service to the Gondola and Dot Base was fantastic. The driver took our ski's and poles from us each time securing them on the bus. The bar and restaurants in the hotel were also greaz and convenient. The hotle is located in a perfect position for eating out etc. We had a car and there was free undercover parking that was hassle free. We will def stay here again when we...
