Everything was perfect and we got a complementary night from the owner, it was such a refreshing experience, great service, great staff, great food, i mean we couldn’t ask for better, and im not too good with words so ama end here, definitely worth the long drive!

This is a great retreat from Central Dar, also if you want a more quiet beach, this gives you pristine beach at a fair price.
My only advice is that the breakfast options could be better, more swahili Tanzanian options would be great.

"Aya Sophia was a perfect add on to our south beach stay when visiting Dar. Visiting the animals was a perfect way for our kids to see them without the crazy prices of a safari park (as a foreigner). Great rooms, gardens and the restaurant food (we ate curry) was also excellent"
