I arrived at 9pm and you would have thought the world was ending. Just a massive hotel with a lot of people. The onsen was super crowded and lots of the surrounding restaurants close earlier than mentioned. It was definitely overpriced, given the small bathroom and bedroom. The bathroom was so small, there was not even space to put bottles of shampoo and body soap. These were provided in sachets. The hotel seems to have had a facelift on the outside and in the lobby and restaurant areas, but the rooms were ordinary.
