"Good location. Ocean view room was more of an ocean glimpse unless from the side balcony, but it was there. Nice big space and bright apartment, but the floor could have been cleaner. Didn’t appear to have been swept or washed prior to arrival. Floor was a bit gritty. No towels on arrival but that was sorted after a call to after hours (I arrived on a public holiday). I’d stay there again but would hope for a little more attention to detail. There are 2 major building works adjacent the building. Not mentioned by hotels.com and this was a non-refundable booking. However I did receive a message from hotel after booking advising of the potential for noise and offering free cancellation. I don’t know how this would have worked with hotels,com’s non-refundable policy. I contacted the hotel and after a brief discussion about the noise I stuck with the booking and fortunately didn’t have a problem with noise the days I went and the side of the building I was on."

"The staff were fantastic, helpful and very friendly. The room was spacious enough and clean with a large bathroom. I would have given this motel a 100% approval except that the walls are a little thin and I had some very noisy neighbors. Fortunately, the bed was comfortable enough that I was able to sleep well once the next room tuned it down."

"Rooms, kitchen, coffee machine and fridge were in excellent condition & were extremely clean, neat and tidy. Massive amount of restaurants & bars surrounding the hotel as well as grocery stores. Staff were very fast, helpful & informative. Would definitely stay here again. 2 minute walk to the beach & tram which can access most of the Gold Coast & V8 Supercars racetrack."
