The receptionist was very kind and accommodating. We had a small incident, and after sharing with her, she went beyond our expectations to make our stay comfortable. I can’t say enough how caring she was. The rental of golf equipment was a bit pricey, and I would have expected to have a bit better price for guest of the hotel, but that wasn’t the case. Of course, for longer stay, it is worth getting your own equipment. However, for us, it was unexpected decision to visit, so no gold equipment planed in advance.
It is truly lovely place to spent some quality time with family and friends in otherwise hot weather elsewhere in the country. Perfect place to escape the heat with some perfect mountain view.

The only issue was that each time entering the premises, a waft of cigarette smoke came from the adjacent restsurant. I guess it's a Bulgarian norm to allow smoking in Restaurants. As a former smoker it was off putting. However, not enough to take from my enjoyment of Sofia.

"The property itself is great. The villas are comfortable and the pools are fun. Breakfast was yummy and plentiful, the staff was helpful. However the dinner buffet was not good. There are many options for main courses however most of the meats were dry and barely edible."
