Pelican's Perch - Ocean Views! Beach is Right Across the Street!

If you're looking for a centrally-located house with abundant ocean views and easy beach access that's not far from anything on Pleasure Island, then look no further. Pelican's Perch's 2nd row center island location is just 1/4 mile from the Kure Beach and Carolina Beach line. You can walk diagonally across the street to our community's private beach access with gazebo, or ride a bike to any location on the island. Our main living area is on the top floor which gives awesome views of the ocean and also the colorful homes in the neighborhood. Ample decks outside the 2nd floor bedrooms and the upper floor living area give the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, enjoy the ocean view with a good book in hand, or just enjoy each other's company with the nice view and ocean breeze. The entire ground floor deck with an outdoor shower is surrounded by lattice for privacy. It's hidden from view and offers some shielding from the morning sun, but you can still see out and feel the ocean breeze. The garage area contains various bikes and beach supplies to help make your stay more fun. A ping pong table and a video game system will provide some indoor fun on rainy days or when you've had enough sun for the day. When the day is done, then sleep in comfort in the nicely-decorated 4 bedrooms equipped with queen beds, dreaming about what the next day on the island will bring.

Please read the following important information before booking a stay in Pelican's Perch:
There is a 3 day minimum stay with no specific required day of check-in or check-out during most of the year except for the summer high rental season. During that time there is a 7 day minimum stay running from Saturday to Saturday. When booking, feel free to send us a message including any questions that would be relevant to your group's needs. If you're planning to bring a furry friend, then we are dog-friendly. We allow up to two small and well-behaved dogs, up to 25 lbs each. Dogs are the only pets we allow and each dog must be approved by us prior to your arrival. No dogs over 25 lbs, cats, or other animals will be allowed.
Also remember that Pelican's Perch is a non-smoking house both inside and outside on any of the decks.
