"The Hotel was very good but an important reason for booking was that they had laundry facilities but it was more like a laundry service which is not the same.This was disappointing but otherwise highly recommended."

"The breakfast was very good with a large selection of food. Staff friendly. The main problem with my room was that it was on the 1st floor and faced the main road. The neon lights from the buildings shone into the room all night. The curtains do not provide a black out so the room was light all night. Fridge was noisy and air conditioning did not cool the room substantially. I would use the hotel again but in a different room. "

"The Adlon Kempinski hotel is exquisite. Its location can’t be beat. The Brandenburg Gate and the Reichstag are literally right outside the hotel. Our room was well furnished and it had everything that we needed. The decor in our room was just as beautiful as the rest of the hotel. We had an amazing breakfast upstairs with a beautiful view of the American Embassy and the Brandenburg Gate. The staff is what makes this hotel superb from the doormen, the receptionist, concierge, housekeeping, bartenders, and the lady-in-red. We stayed there for five days and we didn’t want to leave. We can’t wait to visit the Adlon Kempinski again. "

"Surpassed my expectations. Booked this hotel as close to the Charite Mitte Campus and was good value for money. I was taken aback by the vibe, facilities and friendly staff. The hotel is beautiful and maintained extremely well. This was a business trip but I would definitely come back with family too."
