8.2/10 Very good! (747 reviews)
Worst hotel experience ever! The elevator was broken throughout our entire stay, making things extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the guy at reception tried to charge me twice for the city tax, even though I had already paid it just 10 minutes earlier!
Absolutely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here. I will NEVER comeback! I also felt terrible for the poor staff member who had to carry our 23kg luggages from the 3rd floor all the way down to the main floor. Worst experience!

9/10 Wonderful! (20 reviews)
The hotel is beautiful and in a fantastic location near city center and the train station which made travel between other cities very easy. Almost everything we wanted to see was within walking distance distance. There are a huge variety of restaurants near by. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff is very welcoming.

Relaxing place
"Very nice place. Great space and pool. Really enjoyed the evenings by the poolside when we got back from our day. All of the staff were great, friendly, and professional. "I had a wonderful experience at Nature Safari Resort. I wanted to spend a few days out in nature while in Nepal, and Bardia sounded great but I didn’t know how it was going to work out.
