Check-in was a little confusing as I had just wanted to leave my bag at the concierge before returning later for check-in at 3 pm, but the reception staff didn't seem to understand. Before I knew what was happening, they checked me in early (around 12 noon). Unfortunately, the cleaning staff were still cleaning the room, so I had to just leave my bag in my room while the staff were cleaning. Other than that, the hotel was fine. Breakfast was a set Japanese menu of rice, natto, miso soup, fish and pickled veg.

Very practical for business trips
The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, I had an excellent time getting my baggage stored at the front desk even after I checked out, and they promptly called a taxi for my when I requested one.

お風呂が狭いし、ちょっと臭いがありました。 フロントでコーヒーを貰えるのは良かったが、グラスしか部屋に置いてないのでカップを置いて貰った方が良いと思います。

便利でした。
高速バスの停留所に近く、コンビニも有り便利だと思います。 チェックイン時間より早目に到着しましたが、清掃の終わっている部屋を案内して頂きゆっくり身体を休めました。

インターネットの格安で宿泊のせいか、迷惑なのかなーと感じました。バスルームに洗浄タオルを忘れて、絹製品なので、着払いで、送ってと依頼しましたが、宿泊から3日たっているのに、届いていないようでした。忘れた私が悪から。それはいいです。諦めます。 チェックアウトの時間を念押されて、寝坊して慌てて出たので、バスルームのチェックを忘れた私がいけないと、認識しています。

街の中心（繁華街）からは遠い
熊本駅からも街の中心（繁華街）からも遠い。市電の駅からも５００ｍ以上離れているので、交通の便はよくない。バスがあるが、早くに終わるので、飲み歩きたい人は注意が必要。道路の向こう側がコンビニだし、併設されている飲み屋で飲むことも、朝ごはんを食べることも可能なので、ビジネスで寝るだけという人にはいいかもしれない。
